The design team combines the characteristics of the hotel space to output detailed design plans, 3D effect previews, and samples of wood, boards, and hardware materials.
Both parties confirm the details of the plan (including quotations, delivery periods), and sign a cooperation agreement.
Mold opening for prototyping and quality pre-check
Core operation: Customized non-standard molds are fabricated, and samples are thoroughly inspected for confirmation.
For special-shaped and exclusive furniture, steel molds are made according to the confirmed drawings. Options include "sample mold" (small size, low cost) or "mass production mold" (full size suitable for mass production).
After the sample mold passes the test, a sample is produced. It undergoes size calibration, process inspection, and environmental compliance testing, and is then sent to the customer for final inspection and confirmation.
Mass production and full-process quality control

Relying on modern production bases and a 600-person professional team, following standardized production procedures:
Raw material selection → Cutting and trimming → Fine polishing → Joinery / Assembly techniques → Primer application → Drying and curing → Paint spraying → Environmental testing → Component assembly → 100% appearance inspection → Function testing → Final inspection (FQC)
The entire production process is subject to IPQC process inspection in real time to ensure that every product meets the standards of high-end hotels.
Customized packaging and flexible transportation
Core action: Protective packaging + Multi-mode transportation, ensuring delivery without damage
Customized packaging for protection: The product is wrapped in pearl cotton / bubble wrap, placed in a reinforced cardboard box, and reinforced with pallets when in large quantities; Customized packaging is available upon request (please negotiate the cost separately).
Transportation options: We can assist in arranging shipping by sea / land / air, or the customer can handle it themselves. Throughout the process, logistics coordination support will be provided.
